By car - from the M25, turn off at Jct 27 and take the M11 south into London. At the southern end of the M11 you reach the A406 North Circular, which you take in the West (Anti-Clockwise) direction towards Walthamstow and Tottenham. At the first junction on the A406, take the sliproad to the roundabout, where you take the first exit left onto the A104 Woodford New Rd, heading south into Central London. At the next large roundabout, continue ahead 2nd exit, A104 Lea Bridge Rd towards Hackney. You will cross the A112 Hoe St at some traffic lights, continue straight ahead and the hotel is on your left, about 100 yards after the lights. From Central London - take the A11 for Stratford, and then turn left onto the A12 for Leyton. Turn off left onto the A106 Eastway into Leyton itself, where you turn left onto A112 High Rd Leyton, heading North out of London. At the 1-way system bear right continuing A112 north. When you reach the A104 Lea Bridge Rd, turn left, and the hotel is 100 yards ahead on your left. By train - take the Victoria line to Walthamstow Central. Turn right into A112 Hoe St and follow this for just over ½mile to the large junction with Lea Bridge Rd. Turn right into Lea Bridge Rd, and the hotel is 100 yards ahead on your left.
